alittlebitoflovin:

ranking my favorite bellamione fics:

  1. through sand and sea by looktotheedges
  2. a home at the end of the world (+ dog star) by ludling
  3. stay series by hustling_rube93
  4. taken by surprise by looktotheedges
  5. the world we knew by hustling_rube93
  6. the weekend series by am_bellanoire
  7. catching midnight by deepforestspecter
  8. betrayer by chipperdyke
  9. ruin by quillghost
  10. arsonist’s lullaby by quillghost
  11. glass silence by zarrene moss (mensozarres)
  12. 11 vials by cerrone

i’ve read so many other good ones but these are my absolute favorites!

on my to read list:

  1. fractures by n. blackman (2/15 i just finished reading this omg what a trip. sad that the sequel got abandoned just when it was getting so interesting)
  2. self prevention by useful_oxymoron (2/16 I LOVED IT!)
  3. the world we knew by hustling_rube93 (2/20 MY GOD WHAT A WORK OF ART! i read it in one day and left the author 4 maybe 5 comments because i couldn’t contain my feelings anymore. i legit cried, it was THAT good. oh wow, definitely one of my top 5 favorites now!)
  4. arsonist’s lullaby by quillghost (2/19 WHAT THE FUCK this is so good i’m adding it to my favorites idc if it’s unfinished)
  5. heavy is the head that wears the crown by killingxrangers

the last 3 are incomplete but they seem really promising so i still want to give them a go (even if it’ll most likely break my heart - at least the world we knew seems like it’s being continued)(idk why i’m putting myself through this when those gilded chains we wear being abandoned literally hurt me)

i’m new to the fandom (only been here a month!) so if anyone has recommendations please let me know! i prefer completed works if they’re multi chapters but if they’re so good i’ll give them a go even if they’re unfinished. also i’m not into non magic AU sm (except catching midnight that shit is GOLD) unless again they’re really good. i really like the ones where bella was actually a spy/defected from voldemort but my absolute favorite is when bella goes through a redemption arc.

hmu if you have fic recs i’m absolutely OBSESSED

ps. if y'all see a “doughnutwhore” leaving kudos, going wild in the comments on your ao3 fics that’s me lmao

UPDATE (2/7):

i just finished reading glass silence by zarrene moss (menzosarres) and oh my god it’s SO GOOD. i’m a bellamione shipper of course but the cissamione scenes were fucking amazing i couldn’t help but also ship them on the side!

thanks to the people who recommended this story! i’m going to read the others in the series before i move on to the next fic

Plants what now

okay so apparently we just discovered that plants emit clicking sounds too high pitched for us to hear, and are noisy when they’re stressed but quiet when content

There needs to be more research done into this, and as of now we can’t say why the sounds happen but. WHAT.

I knew they could hear noises but apparently they MAKE noises too

Cats knocking over houseplants just got a lot more vindictive

also im so sorry for anyone that ever compliments me on here, I know I very stale with the same “I’m glad you like …!” “I’m happy you like …!” over and over again I’m just really bad at taking compliments I promise I’m not icing over at you. I promise I reread them and think about them at night giddily kicking my feet in the air like a lovesick teenager

#replying to AO3 comments #‘thanks for reading i’m glad you’re enjoying it!!’ is me saying i love you - @misseffect

carnivorousflowers:

I find it so funny when the heterosexuals write about Vera and Joan as purely adversarial, like, how do you not see the homoerotism? They can barely have a conversation without standing a little too close to each other or staring into each other’s eyes.
